YOUR PERSONAL ADVISOR: MARIO TOLJ [SENIOR CONSULTANT]
Mario Tolj, born in 1973, is a graduate industrial engineer (with a final grade of 1.8), a trained draughtsman and IHK certified designer. A father of three, he is fluent in three languages and has filed several patents. Tolj is also an IHK trainer and IHK-certified designer specialising in mechanical and plant engineering.
Before founding MTCONNECTIVITY Consulting, he spent six years as Project Manager at ERNI Electronics GmbH. Among other things, he was responsible for the 5-year alignment of sales, marketing and margins, and was responsible for personnel.
He previously founded the engineering engineering office imt, which after six years as subsidiary imt engineering GmbH became the property of the WE Group, with Tolj remaining active as Managing Director.
